The 16th Annual Freedom Rally has come and gone and, based on
feedback from the attendees, it was a rousing success. Just short of 150
people sat down to an excellent catered dinner on Sunday night.
Although the weather wasn't perfect, it only rained at
convenient times. The Saturday rides, Sunday games and dinner were all
dry. Rally Director Shirley and all the volunteers did a great job
making sure everyone had a good time.
For those who attended, thanks for coming. For those who
missed it, we'll be back with the 17th Annual Freedom Rally July 30th to
August 2nd, 2010. To get on our mailing list,

pictures from a great weekend. Gary also recorded and posted the

The club would like to thank all the sponsors and supporters
who contributed to the rally.

This year our donation of $3,000.00 will once again go to the
Pediatric Burn-Scar Garment Fund for what is known as "Second Skin"
since this is "vitally needed" and "very expensive" but
not covered through OHIP. We have donated $9,260.00 to the Children's Burn
Scar Garment Fund in the past five years.
